It indicates which regulations may potentially apply to an organization based on the answers you provide. Underlying facts, such as the text and requirements of the EU regulations themselves, are public information and are not claimed as our property. No licence to the tool or its code is granted to you, whether express or implied, beyond using the tool as made available here for your own informational purposes. Without the prior written permission of Panke IT Solutions LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the tool or any substantial part of it, nor reverse engineer or decompile its software except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panke IT Solutions LLC is not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the tool, or for any loss or damage arising from its use.
Privacy: nothing is collected
The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to any server, are not stored, and are not used for analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter here is retained after you leave or refresh the page. No account, login, or email is required.

Where a result is an EU Directive, the exact obligations depend on how each Member State has transposed it into national law — always check the local implementation. For any real assessment, rely on the official texts and professional advice, not on this tool.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the tool is the version that applies to you. Continued use of the tool after an updated version is posted means you accept the change.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
