Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of pankeit.com and everything we offer through it — the blog, the free browser tools, and the Wedding Vendor Verification service. They are written in plain English rather than in blocks of capitals, and the section on the paid service says what the report is, what it is not, when it arrives, and how the refund works.
Acceptance
By accessing or using pankeit.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page when you use the site is the version that applies, and continuing to use the site after a revision is posted is your agreement to it.

What This Site Offers
Most of the site is free to read and use: the company pages, the blog, and three browser tools — the EU Regulation Scoper, the Korea Digital Regulation Scoper, and the Image Metadata Inspector. Each tool carries its own terms of use on its own page, and where those terms say something more specific than this page, the tool’s own terms govern that tool.
One service on the site is paid: Wedding Vendor Verification, described next. We also carry out security testing and consulting engagements for clients, which are governed by the individual contract for that engagement and not by this page.
Wedding Vendor Verification
What you buy. A report, delivered as a PDF, on the one wedding vendor you name — what we could find out about them and their business from publicly available sources, together with a risk rating that summarises how the findings add up. One purchase covers one vendor.
What else is in it. The report also covers what couples in that vendor’s category and destination report paying beyond the quoted price, and what they report going wrong. That part is drawn from published reviews of other vendors in the same market, so it describes the market rather than the vendor you named, and the report says so where it appears. Where too few people reported an amount for it to mean anything, we name the charge and say the amount could not be established.
How to order. You tell us the vendor’s name and their website or profile link through the request form on the site, then pay through Stripe. We hold that message whether or not you complete the purchase. If we do not have enough to identify the vendor, we write to you before starting.
What we do. A person researches the public record — the vendor’s own website and public profiles, business registration records where those are public, and other openly available sources — and writes up what was found. The report is written by hand, not generated.
What the report is not. It is not a background check, a credit or identity check, a licensed investigation, or legal advice. It does not certify that a vendor is legitimate, solvent, or able to perform, and buying it does not mean you will not be defrauded. A report that surfaces nothing means we found nothing in what is public — not that there is nothing to find. Public sources can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and a vendor who wants to be hard to check will be hard to check. What you do with the report is your decision.
Not a guarantee. The report is not a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of anything about the vendor — their honesty, their finances, the quality of their work, or whether they will turn up on the day — and it must not be relied on as one. It is one input into a decision that stays yours. We do not endorse, approve, or recommend any vendor, and nothing in a report should be read as us telling you to book one or to walk away.
Delivery. By email, to the address you give at checkout, within one business day of purchase.
Price. $197 in United States dollars, charged once. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing is charged again, and there is nothing to cancel.
Refund. If you are not satisfied, ask us within 14 days of delivery and we refund what you paid in full, whether or not you used the report. The window runs from delivery rather than from purchase, because you cannot judge a report you have not read. We issue the refund within one business day of your request. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Ask by writing to refunds@pankeit.com.
Your use of the report. It is for your own decision about your own wedding. Do not publish it, resell it, or pass it off as anyone else’s work, and do not use it to harass, threaten, or defame the vendor it concerns.
Corrections. If you are a vendor and believe something we reported about you is wrong, write to contact@pankeit.com and we will look at it.
Free Tools
The two regulation scopers and the Image Metadata Inspector run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or to anyone else, nothing is stored, and no account is needed. The scopers return the regulations that may apply to the answers you gave; they do not determine that a regulation applies to you, and they are not legal advice. The Image Metadata Inspector shows you what an image file declares about itself; a file can declare anything, and most upload paths strip metadata entirely, so what it shows is not proof of how a photo was made.
Blog and Subscriptions
You can subscribe to be emailed when we publish. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and using it is the whole of what you need to do to stop them. Our posts are written for a general audience and are not advice about your specific systems.
Acceptable Use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the site or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain access to any part of it you were not given
- Collect content from the site in bulk by automated means, or use it to train a model, without our written permission
- Resell, republish, or redistribute our reports, tool output, or written content
- Use anything published here to attack, probe, or gain unauthorised access to a system you do not own or have written permission to test
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or defame anyone
Intellectual Property
The site, the tools, and the reports we write — including their software, source code, visual design, and the original selection, arrangement, and expression of their content — are owned by Panke IT Solutions LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. A report you buy is licensed to you for your own use, not assigned to you.
The underlying facts are not ours. Public records, regulatory text, and anything a vendor has published about themselves remain public information and we claim no ownership of them; what we own is the work of finding, checking, and writing them up.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us or our servers. Prices are stated and charged in United States dollars; your bank may add a conversion or foreign transaction fee we neither set nor receive. If checkout fails you have not been charged.
Disclaimers
The site, the tools, and the reports are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information it presents is current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panke IT Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything obtained through it, on any legal theory and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Panke IT Solutions LLC harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a third party because of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your use of a report in a way these terms forbid.
Termination
We may decline a verification request, or stop work on one, at our discretion — for example where researching it would require something we do not do. If we decline or stop a request you have paid for, we refund it in full, regardless of the refund window above. We may also restrict access to the site for anyone breaching the acceptable use section.
Governing Law and Severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
Related Policies
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and who we share it with, and our DMCA Policy. Questions about any of them go to contact@pankeit.com.
