This site is run by Panke IT Solutions LLC, Austin, Texas. The contact, blog subscription and vendor verification forms collect whatever you type into them, which is at least your email address. Buying the Wedding Vendor Verification service runs on Stripe's own checkout page: your card details go to Stripe and never reach us, and what comes back to us is your email address, the amount and the page you started from. Every request to the site is also logged with the IP address it came from, the page asked for and the link you followed, which is how the site is run and defended.
We use all of this to answer you, to research and deliver a report you have paid for, to send the blog emails you asked for, and to see which pages and ads bring people here. We do not sell it. Access logs are deleted 365 days after the request, purchase records are kept while we may still need them for support, a refund or our accounts, and a subscriber's address is kept until they unsubscribe. Write to privacy@pankeit.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Cookies and similar browser storage keep the site working, remember the announcement you dismissed and the cookie choice you make here, and carry Google reCAPTCHA on the forms. Analytics starts on: Google Analytics, PostHog and the Meta pixel tell us which pages people read, what they click, how our ads perform, and PostHog records a replay of the screen with typed input hidden. You can turn all of it off with the button below, or with the same button in the footer of any page. The regulation scopers and the Image Metadata Inspector run entirely in your browser and load no analytics at all.
