Based on the answers you enter, it indicates which regulations may potentially apply to you. It does not tell you that a particular regulation definitively applies, what your specific obligations are, or whether you are compliant. The Tool is not legal advice.
No attorney–client relationship
Your use of the Tool does not create an attorney–client relationship, or any other professional–client relationship, between you and Panke IT Solutions LLC. If you need advice about your specific circumstances, consult a qualified legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Korean regulations, their enforcement status, their criteria, and their effective dates change over time, and the underlying data may be out of date or incomplete. The set of regulations the Tool covers is not exhaustive.
Intellectual property and use restrictions
The Tool — including its software, source code, visual design, user interface, and the original selection, arrangement, and expression of its content — is owned by Panke IT Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The underlying facts themselves, such as the text of the regulations and their requirements, are public information and are not claimed as our property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the Tool or any substantial part of it without the prior written consent of Panke IT Solutions LLC, and you may not reverse-engineer or decompile the software except to the extent applicable law permits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panke IT Solutions LLC is not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Tool, or for any damages arising from its use.
Privacy: nothing is collected
The Tool runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter are not transmitted to any server, are not stored, and are not used for analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter survives leaving or refreshing the page. No account, login, or email address is required.

Each result links to the official text on the National Law Information Center (law.go.kr). When an actual determination is needed, rely on the official text and on professional advice rather than on the Tool.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you use the Tool is the version that applies. Continuing to use the Tool after amended terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the change.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
